I just spent two days in the City-by-the-Bay.
Perfect weather.
Hung out with good people.
Ate GREAT food.
Savory.
Sweet.
Sweet.
Did I mention
Sweet?
Lightened my wallet a bit and maxed out the stretch in my jeans a lot.

ohohohooo man! m'husband's mom's girlfriend lives by tartine! we get very, very, very spoiled come birthdays (and also whenever they feel like it).
this week was dev's sister's bday, she's vegan, so we ate at millenium in sf(so good and fancy and gourmet and $$$) and at golden lotus in oakland (same as golden era in sf).
yum!
